Of course, you have to start with your overlanding rig, right? Ours is a stock Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon with a Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform roof rack and Batwing Awning, and a Zeon 10-S winch by Warn. We use Zarges aluminum storage containers (love these boxes) for all our stuff and sleep in an Escapod Topo teardrop trailer. Shortly after we got the teardrop we added an Air Lift 1000 Rear Air Spring Kit to provide load-leveling capacity to the saging rear end of the Jeep. We also occasionally take a Gazelle T4 tent if there are more than two of us on the trip (no roof top tent for us).
